“Kassandra” ice cream is a proposal for the promotion of tourism by the municipality of Kassandra, utilizing its local products such as olive oil, honey, pistachio and Kassandra wine.
Throug the use and processing of these local ingredients we created a modern and marketable product, able to introduce local nature of Kassandra to its numerous consumers.

Our flavors
Using raw materials exclusively from the producers of the region of Kassandra, such as green olive oil (made from unripe olives and characterized as Protected Designation of Origin (PDO)) which replaces part of the cream, honey, pistachios and “Nama Milopotamos” wine from Mount Athos, Kassandra ice cream is a healthy and light dessert.
Honey
Sweet taste full of energy. Combination of two local Kassandra products which give the ice cream excellent aroma and high nutritional value: honey and green olive oil.
Chocolate
Velvety texture and rich chocolate flavor, in the healthiest form of ice cream. Chocolate has an intense flavor while the green olive oil is giving it tension without covering its taste.
Chocolate - "Nama" Milopotamos
The rich flavor of Mount Athos wine “Nama Milopotamos” meets the favorite chocolate and their combination creates a delicious effect full of aromas of rose and forest fruits.
Vanilla

Kassandra
